FlowKit is a product operated by Keypure LLC.
1. Service Overview
FlowKit provides subscription-based software for organizing, transforming, and tracking digital information in business workflows.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate legal entity and contact information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining current and complete information.
3. Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date. Charges may appear using the descriptor KEYPURE FLOWKIT. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use and Restricted Activities
You must use FlowKit in compliance with applicable laws, payment network rules, and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or terminate access for prohibited or high-risk activity.
5. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts to address security incidents, non-payment, legal requirements, sanctions restrictions, or material violations of these terms.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
You agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests for disputed charges, compliance reviews, or payment processor investigations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of State of Wyoming, United States. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
